At Goriya & Co., we follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy for all purchases made through our store or online channels.

✅ Once an order is placed and successfully delivered, it is considered final and non-returnable.
✅ We do not accept returns or process refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong selection

  • Product not meeting personal expectations

  • Sizing or colour mismatch (as slight variation may occur due to screen settings or lighting)

Exception (Only in Rare Cases):

While returns and refunds are generally not applicable, we may consider exceptions only if:

  • A wrong product was delivered, or

  • The product was damaged during transit

📌 In such cases, customers must raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery, along with:

  • Clear images showing the issue

  • Unboxing video proof (mandatory for damage claims)

Our team will review the request and take a decision accordingly. All such decisions will be final and binding.
