  • We use secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or UPI details.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within the mentioned dispatch timeline. Delays due to courier/logistics are beyond our control.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, especially in remote or restricted zones.

5. No Return. No Refund.

We follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy.

  • Exceptions are made only in cases of wrong or damaged products, reported within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (images & unboxing video).

  • No claim shall be entertained after this period.

  • Product care is the customer’s responsibility after delivery.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Devbhumi Dwarka, Gujarat.
