Shipping policy

At Goriya & Co., we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time, no matter where you are in India.

1. Delivery Timelines

We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 6–7 working days

  • Rest of India (including remote & rural areas): 7–10 working days

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier service constraints, weather conditions, or unforeseen local disruptions.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products, locations, or order values during promotional periods.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/email/SMS, depending on your provided contact details.
You can use this to track your parcel in real time.

4. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery across India.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct and complete at the time of placing the order.
We will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused due to incorrect or incomplete information.

6. Undelivered Orders

If a package is returned due to non-availability of the customer or incorrect address, re-delivery may incur additional charges.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within India only. International orders are not accepted at this time.
